Årh, disse billeder tager mig direkte tilbage til sommeren! Ikke desto mindre har jeg spist masser af zoats siden sommer… Her har jeg faktisk lavet en guide som går i dybden med, hvordan du laver de perfekte zoats. Jeg er på arbejde nu, så jeg vil springe direkte videre, men blot lige kigge ind for at give jer denne opskrift. Yay! Håber I får den dejligste torsdag!

Recipe for one serving of protein porridge peanutbutter zucchini oats:

⅓ small zucchini // ⅓ lille squash

2-2.5 dl plain oats // 2-2.5 dl fine havregryn

2 dl soy milk (or any kind) // 2 dl sojamælk

1-2 dl water // 1-2 dl vand

1 tsp sea salt // 1 tsk havsalt

1 scoop peanut butter flavored protein (here) // 1 scoop peanutbutter protein pulver

1 spoonful of Fiber Husk (powdered psyllium seeds) // 1 skefuld FiberHusk

HOW TO: Grate the zucchini as fine as possible and add it to the liquids, salt and oats in a small pot. Cook until almost done, then add the protein and the psyllium seeds. Stir thoroughly and serve immediately. Top with peanutbutter of course!

Translation // These photos remind me so of last summer. Don’t know why I had porridge though, but sometimes I am bit weird when it comes to these kinds of things. I drink loooooads of coffee even when the sun is shining high and all. Anyway, this recipe is just amazing for busy mornings or – well – lazy summer days too. I hope you’ll enjoy it! xx
