Recipe for 4 big blueberry scones:
2 eggs
20 g neutral pea protein (can substitute some kind of flour)
1 dl almond flour
1 ripe banana
1/2 dl unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
How to: Bake for 15 minutes in a 180° oven
