Besluttede mig for at tilsætte lidt ekstra crunch til min havregrød den anden dag. Det blev til denne lækre blanding af rå boghvede og havregryn. Yum. Super nemt, det eneste du skal gøre er at tilsætte rå boghvedekerner i ønsket mængde til en beholder med låg, og dække dem med koldt vand. Efter en nat i køleskabet kan vandet sies fra, og du kan tilsætte dem i havregrøden!

I L-O-V-E porridge at the moment, it’s my go-to brekkie of all time. The other day I figured I wanted to add some extra oomph to my usual breakfast oatmeal, and added some raw buckwheat groats, I soaked the night before.

Easy as this: Place some buckwheat groats in a small jar with lid – you might want to rinse them before, I don’t always, but some say you should – and cover them with fresh cold water. Let soak overnight and drain the excess water in the morning before popping them into your usual oatmeal in the pot. Yummy – porridge with buckwheat!
