Inden jeg rejste til London, kastede jeg mig ud i at lave hjemmelavede karameller. Jeg fik inspirationen herfra, og de var så super nemme at lave! Det bliver bestemt ikke sidste gang. De tilberedes nemt aftenen før, og er klar næste dag. Lav enten dobbelt-op på portionen eller mere, så der bliver flere. Hvis de for eksempel skal serveres for gæster eller lignende! Nu vil jeg fortsætte med eksamenslæsningen hvor jeg slap – med en ansigtsmaske og dagens – hvad fjerde?? – kop kaffe. Hvis overspringshandlinger var en sport………… Haha!



20 g coconut oil (preferably not unflavored)

25 g lucuma powder (I buy mine here)

A pinch of sukrin/erythritol

1-2 tsp sea salt (do not omit)

1 handful of roughly chopped hazelnuts (or any other kind)

Melt the coconut oil (I place it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds) and mix all ingredients. Place in a suitable cake form with parchment paper between, and place it in the fridge overnight. Remove from fridge approximately 15 minutes before serving, and break into small chunks. Store in fridge afterwards.


English // I tried making my own superfood caramels before leaving for London last week. It was a total success and I will definitely make them again some time. I buy my Lucuma powder from a Danish health store called Helsam as I have an agreement with them. Feel free to double up the recipe if you want to serve the caramels for more than 2 persons. It is seriously yummy and addictive, so be aware haha! Now I will continue balancing between some serious procrastination and studying!

      Thank you sweetie! I bought a template, but basically changed everything about it haha 🙂 So yeah just play around with a theme and see if you like it. I am not entirely satisfied with my page yet but getting there – so thanks!
